Question Is this normal battery usage on a Oneplus 6t?

This is the battery usage I am getting on my phone is this normal?

Your pic shows 3hrs 40mins screen usage since last charge, that's a lot of screen usage so 38% left sounds fine to me.
Also depends what you've been running on your phone since last charge -- some apps run battery down quicker than others (eg video playback is one).

I also see "Battery Saver" is turned off -- turning it on should help battery to last longer between charges.
