Is this normal?

Whats going on? Why is the cpu core at 100c when gpu is at load? is this normal?

What kind of test are you doing? What's the gpu usage?

Have you taken a look in task manager to see if there are any unnecessary processes running?

I have checked but I know its not the problemcesses. It only happened when the graphics is at 100% load then the CPU core gets 100% aswell
