Is this part configuration good??

Solution
For the starters in my opinion I would get at least 27" monitor 144hz.

Get this thermal paste instead

Also very sturdy gaming mouse pad so your new mouse can nicely glide.

144Hz monitors are kind of a ripoff right now. You pay at least $300 more for the same display if you're going that route. And I can't emphasize enough how much accessories like thermal compound and mouse pads are wastes of money.

You can't really go wrong with either configuration, both have some really solid parts. But I will tell you that you are wasting money on the thermal compound, case fan, and even the Wifi adapter. If you can use the hard ethernet port on your...

If you can use the hard ethernet port on your motherboard that will be much better than using wifi for a desktop.

I do agree that 144hz is not a must feature but the rest..

..its ok to use worn out desk surface or cloth mouse pad which hinders tracking and scrolling, and its ok to use poor quality thermal paste for my new CPU that costs $400 that crumbles and creates air bubbles and bad heat transfer.

This is like getting engine oil from jiffy lube for my $300k sports car with no brand tires that I suppose to use it on track days..

Yep.. sure its waste of money..oh like 30 bucks..on a PC system thats work $2k..

Thermal compound absolutely is a waste of money. Most people buy Arctic Silver which is a waste of money. If you buy any fan from Cooler Master, Noctua, or Cryorig they absolutely include better thermal compound than Silver V. I agree that good thermal compound is important but since most high quality fan manufacturers like the aforementioned are wise to the fact that they cater to the enthusiast market, and they include compound that is just about as good as anything you can get after market, there is zero need to buy extra. I personally would not spend the money on a mouse pad either.

Any aftermarket cooler worth buying will come with thermal compound. The higher end coolers like Noctua and Phanteks come with some of the best compound you can buy. Even the stock paste that comes preapplied to Intel heatsinks is fine and will last for years if you use stock cooling. NZXT paste is very good and the Kraken will come with a tube. No need to buy extra.

I use Steelseries 4HD mousepads. Cheap at $20 and excellent.

Funny enough the TIM that is included with say any Corsair Hydro cooler has been tested and found to be much better than AS5. Not better than the Diamond or higher end compounds but it is one of the better ones out there.
