Erm. You can run on ultra on Battlefield, but not at 1080p. If you have a 1080p monitor, that graphics card is going to struggle and it's not going to be pretty if you try running Ultra (With AA and everything else) @1080p. You might get by turning Anti aliasing off and Ambient occlusion off also.

Yes, it will provide good gaming performance, but, why are you not looking at i5-2500k and a Z68 mobo? Socket 1136 is a dead end now. Either go with Socket 1155, or 2011.

You seem to be on a fairly generous budget too....without looking into all of the actual prices, i'm fairly sure you could build:

i5-2500k, z68 mobo, NEW 7970 graphics card. This would provide a lot more performance than listed above, and at an extremely comparable price.
