Is this PC good for Streaming and Youtube ?

Hello is this pc good for streaming,other parts are not really an option this is the one i can take since it comes assembled i want to stream at 720p 60 fps, mainly WoW, and making videos for youtube.

WoW is not very AMD friendly, sadly. For 720p, though, it should do ok. Would try to get an i7/Nvidia based rig, if possible, though.
