is this ping ok to play battlefield 4?

hey guys i live in a bad network area in australia, my ping to american servers is like 200 to 400, but my ing to australian servers in about 140, is that connection fine to play battlefield 4 with?

Professionally, not really, for fun, definitely.

Above 250ms is frustrating to me though.

The less ping the better. Games these days have features that reduce the feeling of high ping but you want to stay under 150 for reasonable comfort... Play on Australian servers.

Well, I play with 200 ping every FPS game since CS 1.6 and I've never had trouble, always had a 2.0+ KD ratio. A good internet with less than 250 ping will not lag the server, I see many people using 50 ping as excuse for a fail, but actually 200 ping still doesn't make too much difference, neither for me or the others players.

Why are you not playing servers that are within your local country? - As long as your ping is not over 400 you should have a great time playing. If your ping hits over 450ms then you will start to not enjoy the game as much.
