Is this PSU any good? Can't find it on the tier list

Deal ended on the XFX PRO650, which was a great deal actually. Found a one-day deal on the Antec NeoECO 650C 650W power supply. Looks good to me, but I can't find it on the tier list. Found some great reviews for it, but I need more info, from the PROs.

That EVGA psu is double the price! Can anyone give me any info about the Antec psu which I suggested?

XFX Pro series 650w is an older model. Full wired, bronze series 80. Probably good. Their psu line products were built by SeaSonic which is a reputable company. What was the going price? $50 bucks? Pop the question here.

The 650C should be perfect for your needs. Here in America, we have the 620C, wich is a pretty good unit, but the unit you're looking at should be as good.

The Antec Neo ECO 650C (NE650C) is made by CWT (Channel Well Technology). Based on the teardown images, that I've seen, it looks like it's based on an older group regulated circuit topology.

Sorry, I made a mistake. It was an Antec Neo Eco 620C, like zeyuanfu said. I bought one, and it works great (it's also super quiet).
