It's a pretty good brand so should be fine.

I'd recommend you go with an Intel i5 or i7 CPU tho, with compatible Motherboard. Nowadays Intel CPUs blow away AMD.

Having an SSD for your OS drive would speed things quite a bit. The HDD you have would be fine for data storage.

nVidia is also preferred over AMD GPU nowadays too.

Also the wireless adapter is a bit overkill. You could get one that is quite sufficient for about 1/3 that price.
