Question Is this PSU good enought?

I was planning on buying a Cougar STC 500 ( https://cougargaming.com/products/psus/stc/ ) is this brand good enough?

If you buy that Cougar unit, also buy a fire extinguisher and put a piece of concrete between you and the PC strong enough to absorb an explosion.

If you would instead like to prevent your house from burning down, I would recommend either a Thermaltake Toughpower GX2 if you need to save a buck ($65 bucks on Amazon), or a Silverstone Strider ($100 bucks on Amazon) if you are willing to spend a lot more for quality. If these aren't available in your country let me know and I can look around some more.

In general, please don't cheap out on your power supply. You end up not only creating a hazard for yourself, but you run the risk of turning your PC on one day and frying every single component.

The RX 580 may be an old card that has gotten very inexpensive, but it doesn't change the fact that it's a GPU that requires supplementary problem and a cheaply made, group-regulated PSU is a poor choice to pair with it.
