That is the same PSU as the FSP in one of my budget older builds. It does indeed live up to its meager nameplate specs and has been a solid performer. I am running an old Intel C2Q and a R7-370 on it as we speak. I'm probably pushing it and don't recommend you do the same, but it seems to be a good unit.

What are the specs of the system you intend on using it with?

Oh... that may be a different version than the 350W FSP I'm using. I thought it was this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817103012
What are the +12V rails on yours? How many amps each. It might not be sufficient afterall.
