Is this PSU good?

I've been planning on getting this power supply, but I'm not sure if it's reliable and of good quality. I don't want to burn down my house or fry my other parts. Will this be a good choice or one that I'll regret? I can't spend more than $110 on a power supply, so this one cuts in pretty close. Being Fully-Modular is a must.
