[SOLVED] Is this ram&cpu usage's normal? when idle

Hi Community!

My Laptop From not advertising monster model abra a7 v7.3 uses nearly %20-%25 cpu at idle + %20 ram
is this normal?

my components.

İ5 7300HQ
16GB 2400MHZ + 4GB 2400MHZ SAMSUNG RAM.
GTX 1050

idle is when win 10 does background tasks so how long is it idle for normally as it might use the time to do things that help keep windows fast, if its always 20% cpu it might be a little high.

Mine at idle uses 4% cpu since i let windows run whatever it likes when im not using it. Your ram usage sounds about normal for a 16gb machine

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
