[SOLVED] Is this some kind of PCI slot on this old MB and can I attach some sort of USB3 to it?

I have this slot on my old motherboard (one on the far left)

and I'm in need for USB3. I was wondering maybe it is some kind of PCI slot that I can attach USB3 card on and was hoping someone here would know. There are no PCI-E or any other slots on it, just this and 2 graphic card slots that can be seen next to it.

but I'm pretty sure it's unusable in this case. Would really appreciate any help

think it says its PCI underneath it
its labelled PCI J20, and on this HP it is PCI x8 (x4 performance)

seems its common label for PCI slots on HP devices, for example: Two 32-bit/33-MHz 3.3V PCI slots (J20 to J21)

its not pci express, its the older type.

add on card won't work there.

Your card is a PCI Express add on, the slot is only PCI.

It won't work there

J20 is a common name for PCI slots on HP servers and business machines. From what I can tell.

Put USB controller card in the black PCIE slot.

Graphics card slot is PCIE x16. You can put PCIE x1 cards in it too.

Your Cosmo Kramer USB card fits into either black slot. There's another x1 one on the other side of your GPU but it may be covered up by part of it. The black x16 one is electrically wired x4
