Is this Sony Xperia z2 from Amazon Legit?

I'm looking to upgrade from my Iphone 4s to the Sony Xperia z2, I found these two deals on Amazon but they seem to good to be true because of the price, compared to other sites (like Sony) where prices for the phone are closer to 500$. I was hoping someone could confirm that these are in fact legit Sony Xperia z2s and not a knock off. Both of them are fulfilled by amazon, offer prime, and have good reviews but I'm still not sure.

A lot of sellers will drop their price for models that are not the newest ones. Sony has this weird philosophy of updating its flagship line twice per year, resulting in low prices of still-excellent devices; since the Z3 line was launched in late September, the pricing of the Z2 has plummeted in a lot of places -- this definitely explains the low price on the Amazon listings.

I can't tell you for sure whether or not you'll get the phone once you pay up. In fact, nobody can. Buying from the internet is always a gamble as sometimes even the most reliable sellers may not deliver.
Judging by the reviews, people are content and it seems they've received the real deal. It's up to you whether you'll try your luck or not though.

I just received it yesterday and I love it. It's everything I could ask for in a phone.
