Is this SSD compatible with my MOBO

and want to buy this
SSD : SV200S37A/128G (Kingston 128GB SSDNow V200 SATA 3 2.5 )
I'm not very good at building PCs so help me guys . Is this SSD will be compatible with my MOBO ?

I have another question-Can SSD be compatible with SATA 2 ? From what I understand it's compatible but performance will be slower ,am I correct ?

Ok ,thanks . But what about performance ,I'm buying this SSD because of my 4-5years old HDD 7200rpm . I noticed some hiccups/freezes for a second or two in games ,and sometimes my HDD have a strange sound like it was stuck and unstuck . Is this is my HDD fault or I simply need to buy more RAM to improve smoothnes in games ? Now I have 4Gb .

Performance wise its a big step up, even on sata 2.Sounds like your hard drive may be failing.

Yeah I think I need SSD ,games like Witcher 2 have long and often load times when loading new territories ,Skyrim have some freezes when distant objects popping up ,when only 2.5Gb RAM in use .

I will buy more ram soon after SSD purchase , I've heard 8Gb of ram much better than 4Gb ,because Graphics card can take a big chunk of RAM Memory to improve texture loads when 8Gb installed .

few people recommended already,don't know is it worth the extra $ but I think I will buy it .
