So far from crystal disc info
Total writes 21TB
Power on hours 17500 hours
64gb free space left

The problem pc only have 4gb ram, i am guessing it borrows ssd for page file, owner dont download that often

Other symptom is os being so sluggish, takes 10s or so to right click anything

According to the Tom's review -- https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/crucial-bx500-ssd,5377.html you have written about 25% of the total lifetime writes.
There is no way to predict the failure time for a disk that has no cautions on CrystalDiskInfo. It could be 5 years it could be tomorrow.
You should always assume it could fail tomorrow and do appropriate backups.

Upgrade the ram.
Page file usage will drop and the sluggishness may get better.

Your average is 1.2GB/hr which is good.

21TB in 2 years of 24/7....not impossible at all.
Especially when we factor in the page file.

Use it until it dies.
When it does, replace.
