[SOLVED] Is this SSD in good health?

I'm thinking of buying a intel 545 (500gb) for 45€, is it in good state? read/write seems low right?

Seems to be very good health. I have intel 240gb with over 120tb written and still working fine even after I left it unplugged for few months. You only have 0,7tb written and this is 512gb model so I think it has more endurance (max life) in total.
