It's a pre-built pc. I've checked all the stores here in austria and even if I built a PC on my own, I wouldn't be able to get a better deal that this one.

No doubt the PSU is garbage. Make sure you keep it high on your priority list to swap out asap.
Rest looks fine. You can buy it.
