Is this telling me anything about my voltages?

I just upgraded from an Antec PP-412X 400W PSU to an Enermax EG565P 535W PSU. Are these voltage changes insignificant or is this an improvement?

Here's what changed when I check the voltages:

ATX +5.0V was 5.08V and now is 5.13V
ATX +12V was 11.58V-11.64V and now is 11.9V-11.96V
ATX +3.3V was 3.18V-3.2V and now is 3.29V

The rest stayed the same.

System Specs:

DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra-D
AMD 3200+ A64 Winchester
1GB Corsair 4400C25PT (only one stick in now though)
WD740GD, WD2000JB, WD3200JD, WD3200JD
ATI X800XL
Wireless NIC card
Dell 2405FPW

3.3 was borderline low (spec = +/-10%, best = +/-5%, you were -4.5%, now you're well within spec.

I'd say the improvement is small but not insignificant.

YES they Do the newer power supply handles your cities power system better than your old one does
but by the looks of it I would say your power supply from the city was a little on the low side closer to 110 than the 120 it should be
but no mater it still works out great
but I would say for you to purchase a UPS to protect your computer they are a whole lot more protection than just a surge protector
