Is this the best? [$280]

I have just a little over $280. I want to get the best gpu possible for that price. What is the best for $280 or bellow. Right now I'm pobably going with the MSI R9 270x, but i wanted to see some other peoples opinions before I purchased the card. Thanks in advance...

Choice is 270x or 760. I'd lean towards 270x since it overclocks better, although I prefer Nvidia drivers any day.

A GTX760 is about the best you are going to get for your money. It's a bit more powerful than the R9-270x and you can find it for about $250 on Amazon and NewEgg.

Should I just buy the overclocked one of amazon? It has pny fans on it (not really sure about their cooling capabilities.
