Is this the worst Power Supply Unit you've ever seen?

Some time back, as a favor for someone, I built them a small, compact PC using a mini-ITX board in a Bitfenix Prodigy case.

Anyway, the recipient had endless trouble with it and eventually I decided to take it back and give them a laptop instead.

When I got it back, it was a bit of a mess. First sign of an issue were that the case handles were broken. Then when I opened it, the cooler pump was not mounted on the processor anymore. Finally I got to look at the PSU and that's when I found this:

I was literally speechless.
 


Emails can certainly be used in small claims courts, as will his receipts. It's a pretty clear cut case of fraud.
