Is this upgrade worth it?

I currently have the MSI TWIN FROZR GEFORCE GTX770 and I was thinking about upgrading to the ASUS STRIX-GTX970, but I was wondering if the upgrade was really worth it so can you guys help me out?

Not really, it depends if you can play what you want right now. You could also buy a second 770 and go SLI.
