If you could help me change some parts to get a better performances that'll be great . P.S new to this whole build your own pc thing.

If you can still increase the budget, 120GB SSD is a wee bit too small, 250GB is the better option.

Look here to choose the correct PSU for you,

650W is good but check if the brand and type is among Tier 1 or Tier 2 PSUs.
I would only recommend to get Tier 1 and Tier 2 PSUs.

The rest is ok.

BTW, from the price list..I noticed...
A store in Sim Lim? You are aware that retailers in Sim Lim tend to cheat you, especially if you are foreigners? I hope you do.
Buying things in Sim Lim Square is like a bet or battle of wits, if you win, things there are a lot cheaper than anywhere else but you could also loose the game.
e.g. refurbished items sold with new price, counterfeit items, etc.
Just be careful, if you want to buy stuffs there.
I find Funan to be the safer and more reliable place but you loose the possibility of finding things really cheap.

My friend recently got his rig of i5 4690k and a get gtx 970 so far still working find so that's why I'm going to the same store he did and what stores do you recommend in fun an for pic rigs?
And yes I am aware I'm local there

It's a tier 2

As long as you know what you are doing in SimLim and can gain the control of the game, buying things in SimLim is not bad. Like said, if you do it correctly, you could get a lot better price than anywhere else.
It is a game of wits, just make sure you win.
As foreigner, especially from Western, SimLim is a no-go.
No I have no store to recommend, usually, I just walk from store to store and do the bargaining until I get the best offer, skipped stores, which cheated me already, yes, I am not native.

I change the parts to be focus more on gaming http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ it's till under my SGD budget of $1500
