Is windows 10 connected to my motherboard, will i have issues if i give my PC to my brother?

I'm upgrading my PC soon (everything except my boot SSD), and i'm just a little confused as to whether or not there'll be issues with me giving my old PC to my brother.

He'll be buying his own Windows and boot SSD, it's just that i've heard windows licenses are tied to the motherboards. My license is linked to my Microsoft account, does that mean when i transfer it over to the new PC (same ssd), it'll automatically deactivate from the old one? Or will i have to do something else?

Nothing to worry about, just make sure you do fresh install on both PC's. If tied to account it should reactivate with no issues.

Just have him buy you windows and a SSD? Just be sure to tie your windows to an account so that you can change boards if you do take your copy with you.
