Question ISCOM2128EA-MA Need firmware

I have a problem with the switch device not being able to boot, but only remaining silent in the botsrap menu, can anyone help me?
It looks like it needs to be flashed again, but I can't find the firmware file.

how do I find the file, so that I can flash the OS again...
because on the raisecom website it always fails when registering

Any particular error message or pop-up when registration fails?

Try emailing or otherwise contacting Raisecom about the switch and registration problems.

If there is a "Partner" in your region try contacting them. They may be able to help you contact Raisecom or provide a link to the firmware.

However, such information may be only available to partners and/or registered purchasers.

Be ready to provide more information about the switch including its serial number, etc..

That looks like the fairly standard support page for commercial equipment.....ie no support unless you pay for it.

Cisco is like that they lock all the software images behind accounts where you have to register all your equipment. If you do not have some monthly service plan on each serial number you can't even download the same firmware you already have.

There are a number of shady sites you can get cisco firmware images. When it is a less common brand it is going to be hard to say.
