I am trying to put Win 11 24h2 on ventoy2disk after i have used Rufus to make win usable with older PC i cannot find any program to convert the new win 11 to an ISO
so any help with a program that will do what i am trying to do
Thanks

I am trying to have a Bootable USB where i can have my ISO files and my .exe on the Bootable USB so i can install them on other computers like Norton rescue Disk

If you are trying to make a program run automatically when you plug in a USB stick, Autorun has been disabled in Windows since Vista for security reasons.

If you are trying to add folders or files to a USB stick, just copy them over after the iso has been converted to bootable USB--you are only limited by how much free space is left on the stick

If you are trying to convert your now modified USB stick back into iso, that can be problematic as the USB stick could have a disk layout with multiple partitions which may not be reproducible on ISO 9660 filesystem. I mean even the El-Torito boot system is completely different than the regular MBR or GPT one used on USB sticks, which is why you need a program like Rufus in the first place to convert bootable CD images to USB.
Rufus can clone your USB stick into a VHD file instead.

rufus will both apply the patches to get win 11 installed and then make it into your bootable usb stick. you should not need any other tool.

then make a folder for your other stuff. the .exe files won't run automatically but you can go to the folder and run them once win 11 is installed.

as noted above, portable apps are a good way to avoid having to install them just to run once or twice. most free stuff is available as a portable app. they do not work with paid apps but freeware is pretty much all already done.

Windows ISO file can only be used for Windows installation, you can't run from it.

What you need is use Rufus to create a Windows To Go installation, although the feature has been discontinued by Microsoft.

You will need a fast USB drive like Samsung Bar Plus

If you want to use Ventoy to boot a Windows installation, you need to use VirtualBox to create a VHD disk based VM and copy/move it to a Ventoy formatted USB drive and have
Windows VHD Boot Plugin https://www.ventoy.net/en/plugin_vhdboot.html
/ventoy/ventoy_vhdboot.img file at the specified USB folder location

I have done it.
