Have a new build here, put everything together yesterday - when I first tried to turn it on, power seemed to turn on for a second, then off, then back on, etc.. MoBo light was blinking, and the fans would turn off and on. Finally seemed to pinpoint that issue to the RAM not being fully in place (not 100% if that was the cause, might have also been a fault modular cable from GFX card to PSU), but reseating the RAM and replacing that cable seemed to help. So I powered it on again - powers on fully, all lights/fans look to be working properly and are on. Then I plugged in the monitor... nothing. Monitor turns on, but nothing is displayed on the screen. I then noticed the GFX card may not be getting full power? The GFX card fans keep turning off, spinning at a decent RPM for one or two seconds, then stopping completely, then spinning for a second or two, etc..
