Question Issue with Softwares installed by admin

Hello All,
A little background about me. I work for web development company remotely. I work my own personal PC. I work for them since 10-11 years.

Yesterday the admin of my company installed few softwares and I doubt about them. More than 25 new processes are running in background. I feel my privacy is at risk
Following are the softwares

1. Sophos endpoint
2. Logmein
3. Screen connect
4. Saazod
5. Hitman pro
6. Itsplatform

Also I dont have access to sophos endpoint and it is password protected. It deleted a software without any notification and i can't so anything.
So please someone guide me on this and what are my rights on this?
Can i uninstall them?

I don't know about your rights regarding this. But if you want to uninstall them I pretty sure you can go to system and uninstall programs from there. If that doesn't work the last option upto you is to backup your data and do a clean install of Windows. I reccomend waiting for a few more answers before you do anything though.

You should probably discuss this with your employer. For them to install software on your personally owned PC, you must have agreed to such practices at some point.
