Question Issue with text in some games/apps showing up like attached images

I have no anti aliasing on. All drivers are updated. Cleartype is on. No idea why the fonts in some games are blurry, misaligned and broken like so. Fresh windows install. This happens in overwatch 2 when i mouse over the return button from the options menu, the text is slightly blurry but once moused over becomes ok. Its almost as if the text or image is made as a crappy vector artwork in Illustrator.

No upscaling. All monitor settings are correct and 100% scale, 1080p monitor 144hz.

On my previous windows installation i had the same issue since getting the 3060, and i seem to have fixed it somehow but I cant for the life of me find the fix again. Please let me know if you have any fixes as this is infuriating.

As in the post, cleartype is on. Specs are 32gb RAM, nvidia 3060, ryzen 7 2700 3.65Mhz. I fixed this issue previously but as its a new install of windows, its started again.

I can't seem to find anything else, sorry. Not for Overwatch anyway, what else does it happen on?
