you could try...
- resetting the Network
- Upgrading the BIOS to the latest
- Open a command Prompt and type " sfc /scannow " (no quotes) to look for and repair any damaged or corrupted files.

i have done all that already do you think it just a faulty motherboard as i think i actually installed the drivers before

it could be an intermittent fault with the wifi onboard adapter. The only way to really know is to slot in a PCI wifi card into the motherboard and connect to see if it fixes the problem.

i feel like at the point i should just get a replacement but if i get those usb anteena do u think it works

choose just one and turn the other off in the modem. Do this for both bands and it may fix your problem, hopefully.

Choose 2.4ghz - Turn off 5ghz
if no good then try...
Choose 5ghz - Turn off 2.4ghz

You still may need to update the microsoft driver as mentioned in my previous post if not working.

How do I know if it 5 or 2.4?

it will tell you in the modem settings. What modem do you have?

  • Open Settings > Network & internet > Properties
it should tell you what band. but you should be able to disable or turn off one band in the modem

I mean installing the drivers which one do i chose from the list the 24hz? Newest one or what and how do I change it hertz

the driver list refers to the windows version for example 22H2 or 24H2. It has nothing to do with the wifi band.
in the windows search box on the desktop, type in "winver" (no Quotes) to get the version you are running.

so i got this gigabyte b650 arous elite and i been having this issue where the WIFI shows that it is not available at all and when i boot it on it shows it is available but after a while it becomes not available . i am using lan rn but i still need to use the wifi and all so what can i do? or do you think it a motherboard issue i am not sure on how to upload the images but the wifi icon is blue and when i click on it shows no network but it is on

you can try these which usually work normally its the wifi card just being a pain it happens i had it happen to the lan adapter in a similar way.
