Question Issue with win11 screen shotting and game bar ?

as title says i am having an issue. both are actually opening but they open in the backround in my games, meaning i cannot use either. they work fine in windows. this issue popped up yesterday randomly and i am unsure as to why. any help to fix this would be very appreciated thank you.


Edit. i also forgot to mention the windows key doesnt open the windows bar now either and this only popped up yesterday. too

It's Windows & it's happened to me before. Reinstall Windows if you want or find a way to restore it to a good state when it did work.

this was legit right after i wiped my os drive and fresh installed drivers and such lol found that having a second /3/4th monitors active whilst gaming on primary was the issue it doesnt always do it and i havn't found a way to replicate it since. crazily it never did it until msoft decided it was a good idea to turn print screening into an all in one overlay. as soon as they did that i had issues. couldnt find anything online either. thanks anyway though dude.
