I have abit of a odd one here, I recently purchased some G-Skill Trident Neo DDR4 32gb 3200mhz RAM and after I removed my old RAM and replaced it with the G-Skill it booted up fine had no issues for the first few hours,
after around 2-3 hours of use it started by my games crashing I thought nothing of it as this has happened before and is a issue with the game itself, then I got my first blue screen I remained calm, let the pc do its thing
it rebooted loaded me into the desktop then got another blue screen and my computer restarted followed by 5 beeps with 1 following shortly after, I removed the RAM and reseated it to see if it was that, I was getting a blue screen every time I booted up,
I took it out and put my old ram back in and it’s working now but there are a few bits not working and I have the CTF loader and windows problem checker thing flickering on and off in my task manager is this a case of the g skill ram is faulty or was there something I should have done before installing the new RAM?
Both ram kits are the same speed rated at 3200mhz and both ddr4 also both compatible with my motherboard the G-Skill is just 32gb where as the other RAM is 16GB I have an asrock b450m Pro4 as the motherboard
CPU Ryzen 7 5800x 3.8ghz 8. Core
Radeon RX 6600XT
