Hey, ya'll. I'm using a fairly hefty amount of mods in Skyrim, (always have) and I'm just now having this issue. It seems every load screen freezes (to the point of the little blue circle spinning around). After anywhere from 45 seconds to 7 minutes, it loads just fine.

I have Skyrim installed on a Samsung 850 Pro.
I have SKSE + the ini.
I have Safety Load

No background programs running.
Using the ini files from the author of RealVision ENB + RealVision ENB.

CPU: i7 4790K
GPU: EVGA 980 ti SC
RAM 16GB Corsaire Vengeance
Mobo: Asus Sabretooth Z97 Mark S

Also my save is currently Level 10, about 12 hours, and 17MB. I clean it regularly using Save Tool.

Anyone know how to fix this?

A big Thanks in advance,

Solution
It isn't likely to be a PC issue, because most PC games work fine. It's one game that doesn't work. That points to an issue with the game.
Have you installed any mods/updates to the game recently?

The chances of it being the SSD are slim. Try running some other games for ages to see if they start to encounter issues. This really is a process of elimination.

Plays all my other games like butter, FONV, GTA V, Batman Arkham Knight, ARK. And seriously. I have one set that I use. Very rarely do I change mods. Seems more to be PC related, or Skyrim/Memory related. I just have no clue as to what though
