i've always been able to transfer my photos from my kodak easyshare touch m577 to my computer. Even up till a few weeks ago. n

Buy a card reader that accepts SD cards, plug it in to your laptop.
Remove SD card from your camera and push it carefully the right way up into the SD slot on card reader.

You can uninstall the Easyshare software from your laptop. You don't need it for a card reader.
