Is the ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE compatible with ivy bridge processors?

Any "z77" board will be compatible with ivybridge.

The chipsets that are designed for the 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processors and are released right now are the H77 and the Z77. While some of the older chipsets will support the 3rd generation Intel Core processors they don't provide all of the features.
