[SOLVED] Jagged edges and textures in various games

Hi, everybody.
So, I've been having this problem for a few days now and it's driving me crazy. In all my games, textures look grainy, also noticiable in shadows, they look pixelated and blocky. I first noticed it in Red Dead Redemption 2, I thought it was a problem in the game, seen as I was having issues with it already (stutters, crashs etc.), but when I decided to launch DMCV, I'm faced with the same goddam issue.
I've tried reinstalling drivers but it didn't solve anything. I have a GTX 1060 6GB, an I7 6700, 8 GB RAM, 500W PSU. I really don't know what's causing it, but I do know it was working fine a few weeks ago (not RDR2, but other games). Has anyone else experienced this issue? Have you solved it? I fear it may be my GPU dying...

Look at the shadow of Nero's coat on his neck, and at his hair.

Now, at his coat, it's less noticeable, but noticeable still.

Running the game at 1920x1080.
I'd really appreciate some help, even if it is to say that it's a falty hardware.

try to turn on anti aliasing and also this is intresting so your game crashes right while your playing
download msi kombustor once you download it make your settings look like this https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qoSNqG9GooQ6L6LuHP7iD9sphjP1lYir then press stress test let it run for 15 minutes and see if it crashes monitor the temperate during the test and if you can setup some overlay or software to see how much power your gpu comsumes when its under load google your graphics card max safe temp and see how hot it gets during the test and watch the artifact scanner as well on it to see if you get anything. on a stable normal card if you ran the test for 15 or more minutes the artifact scanner would say 0/0 if you have...
