Jaggedy edges and flickering textures

So i have had my computer since christmas and I am new to this so I wanted to know how to fix jaggedy lines and flickering on the outside of thin objects it's like white on the outside this occurs on every game.
My specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ (4 CPUs) 3.5 Ghz
AMD Radeon R9 280X

any other specs you need just say.
Hope fully there is a fix.

Alright, what's your screen diagonal and how far do you sit from your monitor?

Screen diagonal is how many inches big your monitor is from the top right corner to the bottom left corner, and can you give a bit more precise indication than 'normal distance'...

Nah, nothing wrong there. The images are smaller on your screen, so less pixels.

I wouldn't worry about it. I really wouldn't know what would be broken otherwise.

ik i am annoying but i was wondering my computer gets to temps like 50 degrees and higher so i was wondering is that the problem?

also may i add this isn't just in games i noticed it in my browser too. on HD images

I just live with it now. Gonna get a new monitor to see if it changes anything but i really doubt it.
