JAVA cant install

I have a 64 bit windows sustem and desided to change my 32 bit java to a 64 bit. I unninstalled java and delited all the rest overs and rebooted my computer. when I try to install the 64 bit java its appers a window that says: "key not valid for use in specefic state" I tryed to install 32 bit insted when I founf out that I could install 64 bit but now the same error appers when I try to install 32 bit.

never mind I downloaded a new installer the old one was offline or some thing

Dude I have the same problem but I cant find a solution anywhere
