Question jsc.exe

Yesterday i noticed that a process called jsc.exe is constantly running in the background. I have never seen this process before and shutting down it down significantly reduces processor usage. It also weighs heavily on the power supply. Google search tells me its for microsoft.net framework, but its never been a problem before recently. I've fullscanned all files trough windows defender, but nothing is detected. Shutting down the process doesn't do anything hurtful to the computer, but it starts up again by itself when the computer is turned off and on again. Does anyone have a similar experience or a potensial solution to this?

Or something trying to appear legitimate....

Look in Task Manager to determine if it is being launched at Startup.

And it could also be being launched by some trigger in Task Scheduler.
