Is there anything i should change with the build without making it cost too much?

you can save a bit with even slightly better perfromance by switching to this video card :https://pcpartpicker.com/product/q8cMnQ/gigabyte-radeon-rx-580-4gb-gaming-4g-video-card-gv-rx580gaming-4gd
and you would be much better with more decent power supply. corsair's VS is a total crap.

Grab this, fantastic value.

Solution

That's a great build but here in sweden that pc would cost 1035 british pounds is there anything i could change to make it fit my budget maybe replace the gtx 1070 with a rx 580 since the mobo supports cfx so i can add another card later on?

ryzen 1400 is quite different from other higher tier ryzens.
it's basically a single module with 4 cores instead of 2x2core modules in ryzen 5 1500. simply put, it has half the speed/bandwidths to the data fabric which connects the cores to the rest of the system (RAM, storage, PCie devices like GPU).
So in conclusion, it is bad idea to by it. ryzen should be considered as some from of competition to intel from 1500 and up.
It just annoys me when people try to save a buck but lose a lot more.
