A 1080Ti is WAY overkill for Overwatch and Rocket League at 1080p. A 1070 would certainly deliver you 144fps.

Mate.. my old 980m can run OW on stable above 60 on max settings. You don't need a 1080 Ti to run such a low-intensity game, a 1070 would be more than enough.
