Question just bought 2 kit of ram 6000mhz cl 30, one defective?

kingston fury rgb one stick doesnt work i think is just defective but maybe iam doing somehting wrong?
if i put defective ram kit in any slot computer doesnt proeceed to boot
if i put both kits pc doesnt boot,
the working ram boots in any slot. working ram works with amd expo 6000mhz
the rgb on defective ram doesnt work.
any solutions ? or i should return them?
yet to find another system to test it to confirm is defective
