Just Built computer, no video, no keyboard lights and no mouse lights. HELP PLEASE!!!

Ok so I just got done building my friends computer and there is no video signal, and keyboard doesn't light up and the mouse doesn't light up. I'm so frustrated. I built my own and I know what I'm doing. I've tryed everything I can find about it and nothing works.
The build it:
Intel Core i7-6950X
MSI X99A GodLike Gaming Carbon
MSI GeForce GTX 980TI
ASUS VG248QE
EVGA 120-G1-1000-VR
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 128GB (8 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)

I've tryed multiple PCI slots and nothing. I've tryed clearing the CMOS. Everything is pluged in properly. Can somebody please help. This is an expenive build and I would hate if it just didn't work.

What are the 4 digits after B in the board's serial number (...B1xxx)?

Try to force a beep code
if you boot with no ram the motherboard should beep at you. no beeps, in my humble experience, is a bad motherboard.

If all the components are totally new, perhaps you just received one or more defect items.
Mobo and PSU (incl the cables) are my main suspects.
