Question psu for 14600k

building a pc for i5-14600k and rtx 3060 motherboard msi mag b760 mortar ddr5, will 650w enough i dont plan to game on it
no overclocking as such. also I'm using a air cooler dual tower
 
That's a unit with double forward topology on the primary side. That's bottom low for recent hardware but pretty decent in it's kind. I recommand to get an ATX3.0 specced PSU.
But if you don't game, why the RTX 3060 and not use the iGPU?

need for lightroom and photoshop, i work on raw files, denoise depends on GPU so

can you suggest a good 650w for indian market ? we don't have seasonic and evga here
