I'm no newcommer to the pc enthusiast/builder community. I have been building since 7th grade, the first pc I ever built, and still my fav. was a passively cooled p2 at a bitchin 400 megs, and the thing still works perfectly running 2000 pro with 128 megs of ddr 133. And you know what, that is the only correct method I have ever heard of. If you copper cpu block is so poorly machined you need to "goop on the paste" FUCKING RETURN IT. The paste never does as good a job as the copper, simple High school chemistry. So putting more paste in between the copper and cpu is BAD. I'm not saying that 100 percent of the time this will work best, I am saying it's the correct method,
