Just Cause 2 Crashes At launch (Windows 10) 2016

So I was in the mood to play some just cause 2 and I click play and the game turns white and then I get the error message "Just Cause 2 Has Stopped Working." All of my drivers are up to date, I verified the game cache, and I even tried reinstalling. Any ideas?

JC2 is a DirectX 10 game, so you'll probably have to use an XP compat mode to launch it.

Right click the game's shortcut, click Properties, then Compatibility tab. This will launch the game in the mode you choose.

Sorry that I'm posting this late but I got it working by forcing the game to launch in windowed mode
