Chose the AMD platform because it's currently cheaper to do upgrades on in terms of processors. And chose the 9600gso which is a bit of weak card especally for this price point because it includes Call of Duty 4 & 5 which both would retail for a total of $100 alone, and to my understanding they are very good games. So what I end up with is a low end machine that peforms halfway decently for this price range which has the perk of 2 good games included, instead of a high low end rig for this price range. So what would you guys and gals build?

Good system, didn't see a PSU though, but good system. Leaves room for a CPU upgrade down the road to go with the 4870.

Rebates only count on horse shoes and hand grenades...wich means if you actually receive it your ahead of the game.

On that build the PSU is included with the case. It's not the best PSU in the world, but should suffice for a budget PC. And I've never had a problem with that manufacturer before.
