Only two monitors show up. The third one is unchecked, saying "only two monitors can be selected". See screenshot. I saw on some other forums that's it's a driver issue but I can't figure out which driver to use.

If not, in the nvdia control panel, under setup multiple display-> nvdia surround-> you got select 1x3 option.
Then it will let you choose 3 monitors.
