Hey guys, i just installed a MSI z97 gaming 5, and a Devils caniyon.

After i tried booting up, it would instantly bsod and restart, and reapeat in endless loops.

I fixed it by installing a new windows 7 on another HDD, but since i got hundreds of programs and files i dont wanna loose, can i somehow install all the nessecary drivers onto thew other Windows i have on my actual HDD? (The issue is that it tries to boot up the drivers from my old Gigabyte mobo, and its creating a conflict)

I have it plugged in right now so i can access it through my new (and hopefully temporary Windows 7)

I would appreciate some quick help :)

(Full specs:
Intel core i7 4790k aka Devils canyon
MSI z97 gaming 5 MOBO
MSI GTX 970 4gb 100 million edition
2x8 GB 1600hz ram Corsair vengence

Would it not be possible for me to install the drivers onto my old hdd in the right locations tho? So that i can trick it into thinking it has actually been installed to begin with?

No.
It's far more than just the drivers.

Swapping the motherboard, and trying to use the original OS install is very much of a sometimes thing.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it works, sort of, and problems crop up later.

If it does not work, as in your case...there is no easy fix.
Reinstall.

The issue is that i dont actually have a proper windows 7 laying around, i lost it. So i had to find a crappy torrent for the temp install on second HDD, so im not sure what to do about this. Since i have no money for a new Windows (a legit one)

Well, that's the other half of your problem.

Closing this.
