i am thinking to build a new pc so now i want to use my old rams and processor so tell me how to see which motherboard i have and which ram i have like dd3 or dd4 also its frequency and speed and also suggest me cheap but very good processor i am thinking to buy icore5 4th generation its good??

Hello guys. My PC has intel Core i5-2500 3.30 GHz CPU, 8GB RAM and 250GB HDD. It has no graphics card and no SSD. I have only a small budget to updrade one thing . Can you suggest what I should upgrade to make my PC good for gaming? (lol my pc potato).

If same system as in that other thread, building another rig reusing ram and/or CPU is a waste of money.

CPU-Z can give you specs on what you have.
